Update a project folder

https://api.rocketlane.com/api/1.0/project-folders/{folderId}

This endpoint can be used to update a project folder using its ID. Only the fields present in the body are modified. This API returns the updated folder object. If no folder exists for the given ID, the API returns 404 Not Found.
